Inspired Hearts Photography

The website Our Inspired Hearts was born of my first love, the photography business I created when I was 15: Inspired Hearts Photography. Although my first photoshoots happened on my mom’s point and shoot camera, I saved enough money from photography to purchase my own DSLR camera while still in high school. I studied journalism in college, which included visual design work, and have had the opportunity to photograph amazing people, families, and fantastic events.

I have photographed astronauts who walked on the moon and soared through space, as well as beautiful brides and nervous grooms on the biggest day of their lives. But even in the seemingly small moments, capturing little ones as they grow, families as they walk through life, and couples as they fall deeper in love each day — my heart is inspired by the people I work with and the stories my camera gets to tell.

What we do

I specialize in natural light portraits of all types: couples, seniors/professionals, and families.

You won’t find me showing up with a truckload of light boxes, reflectors, or a box full of external flashes. Natural light is my jam, and I love capturing real, raw moments with just us and the camera (although occasional lighting support can be utilized in some situations). As a photographer, I value clean composition and colors that evoke nostalgia and reflection.

Although I have photographed many weddings and events, I no longer book these regularly — but that doesn’t mean I won’t. If you have interest in booking me for your wedding or event, please contact me to talk!

Pricing

Mini-sessions: $150 | Mini-sessions last approximately 30 minutes and include a digital gallery of 25-30 images and a print release. Great for professional headshots, small children, or holiday cards.

Full sessions: $250 | Full sessions last up to two hours and include a digital gallery of 70-90 images and a print release. Great for senior portraits, family photos, or engagement photos.

Wedding services: $750-$2500 | Wedding services are highly customizable to your needs and wants! All wedding services include a consultation, contract, and digital galleries with print releases.

Events: Prices vary | Cost for event photography depend upon location, event duration, and photographer involvement needed for the event. All event services include a digital gallery and print release (for event host).
